What Happens Next
Three steps from photo to fixed quote.
No deposit to get a number, and no obligation once you have one.
Step 01
Same day reply
We look at your photos and come back with an honest read on whether you are looking at refinishing, capping or replacement, plus a ballpark range.
Step 02
In home assessment
Lucky measures the rise, run and landings, checks the structure underneath, and brings stain samples so you can see the finish against your floors. Free, and usually under an hour.
Step 03
Written fixed quote
Materials, labour, stain colour, finish and timeline, in writing. The number we quote is the number you pay.
